At its core, my approach is narrative. I believe the stories we carry are not fixed, and that healing often begins when we find the space to retell them, on our own terms, and in our own words. My style is grounded, warm, and deeply collaborative. I'm not here to be the expert on your life; I'm here to walk alongside you as you make sense of it. I bring a trauma-informed, body-aware lens to our work, drawing from a range of modalities that are adapted to your unique needs.
