I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety disorders, and depression. I am also passionate about helping with perfectionism, body image, stress, worry, interpersonal relationships, life transitions, and emotion regulation.

My approach is integrative and leans on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
