Dr. Miglena Grigorova is a McGill-trained neuropsychologist and founder of MNC. With postdoctoral training at McGill and Boston University, she offers pediatric and adult assessments and psychotherapy grounded in ACT and CBT.

We use an integrative, evidence-based approach that blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
