About
I'm a psychologist with a master's in psychology from McGill and a member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec since 2009, with over 13 years' experience supporting families, children, adolescents and adults.
How I work
I'm trained in a variety of psychotherapy approaches, including psychodynamic, systemic, cognitive-behavioral, and humanistic. In practice I draw on these to work integratively, tailoring the work to each person rather than applying a single model. I also incorporate clinical tools such as imagery, visualizations, relaxation techniques, and story exploration, which I find help clients access and work through what they're experiencing across the different life stages I support.
