Get matched

We take the hardest part of the search off your plate

Most people don't give up because the right professional doesn't exist. They give up on the practical part: not knowing who to contact, who has room, or whether anyone will reply.

Thank you for your support, it helped me find a therapist. After a first 15-minute call with her, I had a good feeling and booked an appointment to start therapy.

Questions

Is it free?

Yes. Getting matched is free, and so is asking for new matches. You only pay for the sessions you book with a professional.

How is my information used?

Only our team reads your request, and only to pick your matches. We don't share it with professionals. You decide what to tell the ones you contact or book.

What do you look at to match me?

What's going on, your budget and any coverage, language, how you'd like to meet, where you are, and personal preferences like the professional's gender. If you have a type of professional in mind, mention it in your request.

How long until I get my matches?

Within 24 hours. They arrive by email, as a link to your matches page.

What if my matches don't work out?

Press Request new matches on your page and tell us what's off. We update the same page with new options within 24 hours.

Can I use this in an emergency?

No. Matching can take up to 24 hours. If you or someone else is in danger, call 911. If you're thinking about suicide, call or text 988, any time. In Quebec, you can also call Info-Social at 811 to speak with a psychosocial worker right away.
