Setting up billing for your clinic

Billing on Promptd is simple: your clinic pays per provider profile. Everything else about the clinic account is free.

How billing works

  • Subscriptions are charged by provider profile. To advertise the services of 5 practitioners, set your subscription quantity to 5.
  • There is no charge for admin staff. Owners and admins who don't have their own profile cost nothing.
  • Your clinic page is free, no matter how many providers it lists.
  • You can raise or lower the quantity later; charges adjust on your next billing cycle.

Start your subscription

  1. In your clinic account, open Settings from the sidebar.

  2. In the Subscription section at the top, click Subscribe. This opens our checkout portal.

  1. In checkout, set the quantity to the number of provider profiles you want. This is the step people miss most often: the quantity is how many practitioners you can advertise.

  2. Complete the payment. Back in your clinic account, you can now create provider profiles, or invite practitioners to create their own.

FAQ

I subscribed but can't create another profile. Why?

You have used all your profile seats. Increase the subscription quantity from the same Settings page and the new seat is available right away.

Can I change the quantity later?

Yes. Increase or decrease seats anytime from Settings; the charge adjusts on your next billing cycle.
