Building your clinic page

Your clinic page is your team's public presence on Promptd. It aggregates all your provider profiles in one place, and every provider profile links back to it, so clients can always see the clinic behind the practitioner. It is offered free of charge.

What goes on the page

• Avatar: the image that represents your clinic across the platform.
• Photo gallery: up to 15 photos of your clinic and team.
• Introduction to your clinic: who you are and who you help.
• Overview of your services: a short summary of what you offer.
• External links: your website and social media profiles.
• FAQ: answers to the questions clients ask most.

Edit your clinic page

1. The fastest start is from your checklist: click Start building your clinic page, then Fill in now. This opens a quick editor for your avatar, introduction, services overview, and photos.

2. For everything else, use the full editor: open Home in the sidebar, then Clinic page editor. Each section of the page has its own card.

3. Use Quick access at the top of the editor to open your public clinic page and see the result as clients will.

FAQ

Do I need a subscription for the clinic page?

No. The clinic page is free. Subscriptions only cover provider profiles, as explained in the billing guide.
