I consider it a privilege to be able to support individuals in their reflections, transitions, and change processes. My approach is pragmatic, reflective, and empowering, inspired by the interactionist‑strategic approach. It is based on the idea that difficulties are often linked to unsatisfactory interactions, and that it is pertinent to consider their context in order to better transform them.
