What is EMDR therapy?

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapy designed to help the brain process difficult or traumatic experiences so they no longer feel as overwhelming. Using guided eye movements, EMDR helps the nervous system reprocess memories, reduce emotional intensity, and build healthier beliefs about yourself. Many people find it helps them feel calmer, safer, and more in control moving forward.

What is IVAC? Am I eligible for IVAC coverage?

All of our clinicians accept IVAC coverage. IVAC is a program in Quebec which provides financial assistance to victims of criminal offenses. If you've experienced harm due to violence or abuse, you may be eligible for therapy coverage through IVAC. We’re familiar with the process and can help you access support at your own pace, with a treatment plan shaped around what you need most.
