Amélie Drolet

I work primarily with the cognitive-behavioral approach. This approach uses different techniques and strategies to help the person in therapy modify their maladaptive thoughts and behaviors. My therapeutic position is also inspired by the humanistic-existential approach. I therefore seek to help the person in therapy become aware of their difficulties, make sense of them, and make decisions that are consistent with themselves.
