With over 16 years of clinical experience, I specialize in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and integrate evidence-based third-wave approaches including DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Schema Therapy. In our sessions, I work together with clients as equal partners—combining your lived experience with my clinical expertise to co-develop tailored strategies for growth and healing.
