I provide neurodiversity‑affirming care, valuing autistic, ADHD and other neurodivergent traits as part of each person’s identity. I create a safe, collaborative space to navigate the daily challenges of living in a predominantly neurotypical world, guided by my ACT and DBT training and experience with mood, anxiety and trauma work. I stay mindful of my white, cis, non‑disabled positionality and the systemic barriers my clients may face.
