Your clinic manages its presence on Promptd from a shared team account. As a team member, you get your own provider profile under the clinic's page: it is what clients find, compare, and message. This guide takes you from the invite to a published profile.

Join your team

  1. Open your team invite. Depending on your administrator's preference, it is either a shareable link or an email invitation.

  2. If you are not logged in, you'll be asked to log in or create an account first.

  3. After logging in, you land on the accept invite page. Accept, and you arrive on your team's quick start with a single setup step: create your provider profile.

Create your provider profile

  1. Click the step, then Go to listings. This opens your team's Home page, which lists your clinic's providers. Click Create listing.

  1. The guided form opens. You can import your existing data from a website like Psychology Today or LinkedIn to pre-fill the profile, or skip that and fill everything manually. Your progress is saved every time you click Next, so you can leave and come back with Save & exit.

  1. A clinic admin can also create your profile for you. Either way, your quick start step is marked complete as soon as a profile exists for you.

Set your services and availability

Once your profile exists, open it from the Home page to manage it in its editor.

  • Services: attach your profile to the services your clinic has defined. You can keep the clinic's default price and duration or set your own, and choose which price options you offer. How clinic services work.
  • Availability: set whether you are accepting new clients, on a waitlist, or unavailable.

What you can and can't do as a member

You can create and edit your own profile, manage your own services and pricing, and reply to client conversations assigned to you. Clinic-wide things stay with admins: the clinic page, addresses, the service catalog, invitations, and billing. See roles and permissions for the full breakdown.
