The Thomas Theorem: Situations defined real their perception are real in their consequences. Your perception of reality is just as valid as the “facts”. If you perceive it to be real, it will have real consequences. Instead of asking yourself if the ghost is real, acknowledge the impacts of the fear are hindering you no less.
