In my clinical work, I take an integrative approach grounded primarily in psychodynamic and systemic frameworks. This allows for a multidimensional understanding of mental health that considers relational, cultural, and contextual influences on well-being. I attend to transgenerational aspects of a person’s history and their broader social environment. Each therapeutic process is tailored to the individual, with an emphasis on building a strong therapeutic alliance based on trust and respect.
