The issues I address

I address emotional regulation, self-expression, self-esteem, interpersonal skills, and communication through music therapy. I work with individuals of all ages, tailoring each session to meet their unique needs.

Therapeutic approaches

I offer music therapy using a person-centered, humanistic approach. Sessions incorporate improvisation with instrument and/or singing, receptive listening, songwriting, lyric discussion, music and imagery, movement to music, and verbal processing.
