I offer individual therapy for adults and adolescents, as well as couple and family therapy, using a compassionate, integrative approach. I hold the CCC designation and a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology.

I integrate a range of evidence-based methods, primarily non-directive therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness, to provide a tailored and client-centred therapeutic experience.
