How I work

I strive to create a warm, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard and understood. I adapt my work to each person’s needs and pace while developing a strong working relationship grounded in trust and collaboration. I primarily use a humanistic approach and incorporate concepts from schema therapy and positive psychology. Creating a culturally responsive and inclusive space is deeply important to me, and I approach each person's background with curiosity and openness.
