About

For over 15 years, I have been supporting individuals through various challenges. I believe in each person's ability to (re)construct themselves, respecting their own pace. The strength of the relationship is the grounding that enables transformation.

How I work

I use a humanistic approach inspired by holistic, mindfulness, and systemic approaches. My practice takes place in a safe space, imbued with kindness, attentive listening, and respect for each individual's pace. Through our meetings, I aim to help you better understand the different dimensions and systems of your life so that I can accompany you in finding tools adapted to your situation, regain balance, well‑being and agency.
