I support individuals dealing with addiction issues (alcohol, substances, compulsive gambling, internet addiction), as well as mental health difficulties such as anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and burnout. How often should I meet with you?

The frequency of sessions is determined based on your needs. Generally, follow-ups occur weekly or biweekly. To ensure optimal support and good therapeutic continuity, it is generally recommended not to space sessions beyond two weeks.

Payment is primarily made by credit card. Exceptionally, it is also possible to pay by Interac e-transfer.

Are your fees reimbursable?

Psychotherapy fees are generally partially reimbursable through private insurance, depending on your coverage. We invite you to check with your insurer for the eligible amount before booking an appointment. Fees can also be claimed on your tax return. Receipts will be provided after each session.
