How I work
I have an integrative approach, combining several evidence-based theoretical frameworks, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as Schema Therapy and humanistic therapy. These approaches allow me to support you in better understanding your thoughts and emotions, overcoming limiting patterns, and developing healthier coping strategies.

In my practice, I adopt an integrative approach that combines different modalities to adapt to your unique needs. I draw on evidence-based approaches (CBT, ACT, schema therapy), as well as a humanistic approach. Together, we explore your thoughts and emotions to better understand what you're experiencing, transform limiting patterns, and develop healthier strategies.
How does a first session work?
The first session allows us to get to know each other and better understand what you're going through. We take the time to explore your needs, goals, and expectations in a caring, non-judgmental space. The pace is always adapted to your reality.
What issues do you work with?
I support individuals dealing with addiction issues (alcohol, substances, compulsive gambling, internet addiction), as well as mental health difficulties such as anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and burnout. I also work with relationship problems, life transitions, severe and persistent mental disorders, and I welcome other concerns based on your needs.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes. Sessions are strictly confidential, in accordance with professional standards and ethical obligations. You can express yourself safely in a respectful and caring space.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes, online sessions are available. They take place securely via the Jane App platform, allowing you to consult from the comfort of your home.
How often should I meet with you?
The frequency of sessions is determined based on your needs. Generally, follow-ups occur weekly or biweekly. To ensure optimal support and good therapeutic continuity, it is generally recommended not to space sessions beyond two weeks.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is primarily made by credit card. Exceptionally, it is also possible to pay by Interac e-transfer.
Are your fees reimbursable?
Psychotherapy fees are generally partially reimbursable through private insurance, depending on your coverage. We invite you to check with your insurer for the eligible amount before booking an appointment. Fees can also be claimed on your tax return. Receipts will be provided after each session.
What is your cancellation policy?
Out of respect for your time and that of other clients, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance for any appointment cancellation. In all cases, it is important to notify us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Do you offer short-term or long-term follow-ups?
Both are possible. Some follow-ups target a specific short-term goal, while others are part of longer-term support. We adjust the pace and duration according to your needs.
