How I work
My work is based on an integrated approach that combines active listening, systemic understanding of relationships, emotional regulation, and interventions focused on internal safety. I offer a compassionate space where each person can share what they are experiencing, clarify their needs, strengthen their resources, and move forward at their own pace. My support aims to restore balance, communication, and agency, whether the challenges are personal, family‑related, or linked to difficult events.

Yes. I provide receipts recognized by the RITMA association, within the naturopathy group. Several insurance companies accept them for reimbursement. It is always recommended to check with your insurer.

Is there a long wait before starting care?
No. Generally, a first contact or meeting can take place within less than two weeks. I do my best to see you promptly, according to your needs and my availability.
Are you recognized by IVAC to offer services to victi
Yes. My service is recognized by IVAC, which allows eligible individuals to receive financially covered support. To start care, I need the official authorization letter. If you don’t have it yet, we can together submit the qualification request to facilitate the steps and start the process smoothly.
