Laura is a licensed psychologist who supports children, teens, and young adults using a warm, collaborative, evidence-based approach tailored to each client. She draws from CBT, EFT, and trauma-informed, anti-oppressive care.

How I work

My work is informed by CBT, and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT). It is trauma-informed, and self-compassionate. I also offer psychoeducational assessments.
