About
For nearly 10 years, I have been compassionately guiding individuals toward a better understanding of themselves and lasting changes.
How I work
My practice is based on an integrative cognitive-behavioral approach, adapted to the needs and pace of each person.I offer a safe and caring space where we can better understand what is being experienced, recognize your strengths and develop new strategies. When appropriate, I integrate the EMT technique to support work around difficult experiences and the associated emotions. Self-compassion also occupies an important place in my practice.
