My psychotherapeutic approach is rooted in the psychodynamic tradition, with some contributions from other approaches. I adapt my practice to your reality, based on your needs, respecting your pace. Each session aims to explore what is happening inside you: your thoughts, your emotions, your bodily reactions. Your memories, your relationships as well. We base ourselves on all of this to try to make sense of your difficulties and find ways to overcome them.
