How I work

My humanistic, relational, and sexological approach is inspired in particular by Gestalt Object Relations Psychotherapy (PGRO). In both individual and couples work, I place great importance on lived experience, emotions, needs, and ways of relating. I help clients better understand current difficulties, their roots, and recurring dynamics, in order to foster more conscious, secure, and satisfying relationships with oneself and with others.

Important: Limits of my professional activity

My support is aimed at couples who wish to better understand their relational dynamics and improve their bond. It does not replace medical, psychiatric, or emergency care. Certain situations, notably active domestic violence or significant danger, may require referral to specialized resources.

Prerequisites before our first session

Important to note: couple follow-ups are offered only on a weekly basis. This regularity of weekly sessions is an integral part of my therapeutic framework, promoting continuity of work, deepening of addressed issues, and progressive integration of changes in the relationship.
