Through a creative blend compassion-based self-inquiry, coupled with trauma-informed awareness practices, clients can better understand the relationship between how their identity, stress, their nervous system, and their capacity to regulate emotions are interconnected. Through this, clients can begin to recognize how these facets influence how they see themselves, their role in relation with others and their choices and reactions in daily life.
