How I work
I create a safe, empathetic, culturally responsive space to explore thoughts and feelings together. Therapy is collaborative and tailored, moving you from feeling stuck to feeling empowered and hopeful. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, humanistic approaches, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Gottman couple work, and trauma‑sensitive, culturally responsive care.
