I am a Registered Massage Therapist in Québec. My approach is gentle and centred around your unique needs. Whether you're seeking relief from chronic pain, stress, tension, nervous system dysregulation, or simply looking to feel more connected to yourself, I tailor each session to support your body's natural capacity to heal. I offer massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, breathwork, and somatic techniques to help restore a sense of safety and regulation.
