Believing people already know what’s best for them, I guide them to authentic solutions. I see body, mind and soul as intertwined; symptoms are signals inviting care. I use Emotion‑Focused Therapy, somatic work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), narrative therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to foster resilience and lasting change.
