My practice integrates herbalism, naturopathy and somatic approach in a nuanced listening to the body and living beings. I accompany each person with gentleness and empathy, respecting their pace, their needs and their sensitivity, while cultivating a space of presence, inner safety and reconnection to self. Plants then become allies to support processes of transformation, integration and inner regulation.
