As a Culturally Responsive Therapist and immigrant, I specialize in BIPOC mental health, cultural identity, and family conflict. Using CBT and MBCT, I help you manage anxiety, overcome burnout, and reclaim your confidence.
How I work
I provide culturally responsive, results-focused therapy grounded in clinical expertise and my lived experience as an immigrant. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to restructure negative thought patterns and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to regulate chronic stress. Combining these with a Solution-Focused (SFT) approach, we work collaboratively to break unhelpful cycles, navigate complex family dynamics, and build emotional resilience in a non-judgmental space.
