What languages do I speak?

French is my native language. I am also bilingual in Portuguese, having lived several years in Portugal and Brazil. I understand Spanish very well and can express myself in that language, even though I am more comfortable with oral comprehension. Finally, I also work in English at an intermediate level.

IVAC Mandate Pricing

As part of an IVAC mandate, a portion of the consultation fees is covered. IVAC reimburses $94.50 per session. Our fee being $125, there remains a client contribution of $30.50. We remain, of course, available to answer your questions and to support you in these processes.

What is ecotherapy?

An approach that makes nature an ally in the healing process. I am trained in ecotherapy, through a program recognized by OTSTCFQ, which allows me to integrate the connection to living beings in therapeutic accompaniment. I am also enrolled in the Prescri-Nature program, which allows "prescribing" time in nature as support for well‑being and mental health. This enables me to hold our meetings also in nature (riverbank in Verdun).
