Life transitions can shake the foundation of who we are. As a deep listener, I offer authentic feedback and use an integrative approach, drawing from psychodynamic, emotionally-focussed, and dialectical behaviour therapies to help clients honour their lifestory and understand intergenerational patterns while blending active and direct strategies to remain present in daily life. Together, we navigate change, find meaning, and strengthen connection.
