I’m Carly, a clinical social worker and founder of Harmonia Therapy Center. I’m deeply passionate about creating a space where people feel safe, understood, and supported as they navigate life’s emotional challenges.

Drawing from evidence‑informed modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion‑Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness‑based practices, strengths‑based approaches, and Solution‑Focused Therapy, I blend conversation with worksheets, games, and creative activities to foster engagement, expression, and skill‑building.
