I’m a psychotherapy intern, drawn to the mind-body link, guided by a non-judgmental, humanistic stance that empowers adults and adolescents to grow through partnership and motivation.

I work from a humanistic, partnership‑based stance. Using CBT and motivational interviewing, I meet you where you are, honoring your thoughts, feelings and goals. I support you in strengthening the skills to manage life and the mind‑body link, especially when health challenges arise. Together we set therapeutic goals that empower your motivation for change.
