I believe everyone has strengths that can help them navigate difficult times. My approach is simple, human, and individualized, grounded in empathy and respect for each person’s pace and goals. I support clients in exploring their emotions and experiences to build self-understanding, make sense of challenges, and develop practical tools and strategies adapted to their unique needs.
