How I work
Rigorous, embodied and deeply human. I rely on a living, non-directive hypnosis inspired by Milton Erickson and François Roustang. It emphasizes relaxation, self‑presence – to consciousness, the unconscious and the body – as well as the natural mobilization of resources. It is not about forcing a change, but allowing your nervous system to regain a state of safety, clarity and inner stability.
