I am passionate about my work. Naturally authentic and empathetic, I offer my attentive presence for listening and regulating your experiential experience, which is unique to each individual.
How I work
I use various approaches, including cognitive-behavioral and solution‑focused approaches, to help quickly restore balance in daily life. It is interesting to learn to put our energy in the right place… but we must first be able to find it. My focus is to help make sense of what is experienced in order to guide toward what we more want to live, while respecting reality.
Julie self-identifies as French-Canadian / Québécois, Secular, and Neurodivergent.

At Groupe Evie, the session fees are covered either by the insurer or by the institution that originated the follow‑up mandate. For example, there is a $35 fee per session when the mandating party is the IVAC.
Do you provide receipts for insurance?
Yes, absolutely.
Do you offer multiple time slots?
When follow‑up is regular, I try to facilitate everyone's schedule management by offering flexibility. For example, I provide sessions one evening per week.
How does a session proceed?
In general, we take time to do a brief overview of what happened during the week. Sometimes, based on that, we identify a psychological tool to explore that can be applied to view the situation differently and foster in you an understanding, thus a different action. Everything starts from within the way you perceive and experience events daily... We end the session by reviewing what was retained in order to guide the action to be taken.
Are you independent or do you work with a firm?
I work primarily with Groupe Evie, which is a leader in mental health. Occasionally, I offer an individual service when the requested mandate is not already provided by Groupe Evie's services.
