About

I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor who brings humility, warmth, honesty (and laughs, when possible!) to my work. I have a true curiosity for my clients, and this lens serves to deepen my understanding and adapt treatment.

How I work

My approach blends cognitive-behavioural and mindfulness-based approaches, guided by curiosity and collaboration. I help clients break down the complexity of their emotional experiences by making sense of them - and we then work together towards feeling better. I also incorporate psychoeducation frequently, so you are fully in the loop on where I’m coming from. As we move forward, I integrate interventions that help you progress between sessions, so you can feel a sense of momentum in our work.
