My approach is holistic and integrative, blending behavioural modalities like Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with body-based work including mindfulness, somatic techniques, and nervous system regulation. We work both with practical skills for navigating emotions and with greater awareness of how stress is held in the body. Supporting the nervous system creates a stronger sense of safety, regulation, and capacity for change.
