I'm a registered social worker with years of medical experience in critical care, trauma, and complex grief. I integrate trauma-informed, somatic, and parts-based approaches to help you feel grounded.
How I work
I work from a trauma-informed perspective, paying attention to safety, emotional regulation, and how past experiences shape the present. I integrate Structural and Systemic Therapy, Somatic and Sensory-Motor work, Parts Work (IFS), CBT, mindfulness, and Narrative Therapy so we can move beyond thoughts and behaviours and into the body, relationships, and the deeper emotional patterns that shape how you move through the world.
