How I work

Graduated from the Université de Montréal in 2020, I have since developed expertise working with individuals experiencing trauma, addiction, as well as various emotional and relational difficulties. My integrative approach combines elements of the cognitive-behavioral approach, the humanistic approach, motivational interviewing, and a trauma-sensitive approach to provide personalized support tailored to each person's needs.

What is my professional experience?

With over 7 years of experience, I have worked with a diverse range of clients and issues, notably in social reintegration with adults living with a dependence problem. I have also developed expertise with young victims of sexual violence and children exhibiting problematic sexual behaviors. In my role, I provide support and training to Quebec professionals working with these clienteles.
