I am a licensed psychotherapist; practicing CBT therapy for over 16 years. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues. My masters and doctorate training included extensive study of brain neurochemistry.
How I work
Although I received extensive training in many therapeutic models (cognitive-behavioural, emotion-focused, solution-oriented and psychodynamic, to list a few), I don't work within the boundaries of any one approach, but rather offer a personalized approach to therapy, tailored to each person's individual needs. I can provide a screening for symptoms associated with ADHD, depression or anxiety. Screening is not the same as testing or assessment.
