I am an authentic and creative professional who offers psychotherapy and parental guidance, using an empathetic and human approach to support overall health.
How I work
My integrative approach is based on TCC, positive and relational approaches, in order to strengthen resilience and empowerment. I place great importance on emotions, meaning, and the therapeutic relationship. I use, among others, tools from ACT, IFS, mindfulness, self-compassion, and somatic approaches, tailored to each person's needs.
