Mental health nurse practitioner
About
I am Virginie, a mental health nurse practitioner (IPSSM), passionate about understanding humans and mental health. I place great importance on a humane, competent, and rigorous approach.
How I work
I adopt a humane, collaborative, and person-centered approach focused on the comprehensive understanding of the individual. I rely in particular on principles derived from TCC, DBT, and psychoeducation to help people better understand their emotions, behaviors, and coping mechanisms. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where interventions are tailored to the pace, needs, and reality of each person.
