I’m a counsellor in psychology with international experience and a somatic approach to healing. Rooted in mindfulness and relational presence, I help people reconnect with themselves in authentic and compassionate ways.

How I work

I see therapy as a space of deep presence built on safety and trust. My work draws on relational, somatic, and mindfulness-based modalities to support awareness and healing through the body and emotions. Honouring each person’s pace, I guide clients to listen inward and find a sense of home within themselves.
