50-minute individual session for clients aged 14 and over. Provided by a Master's level counselling student under clinical supervision. Available in-person at the Saint-Laurent office or online.Depression, Anxiety, Life transitions, Emotional regulation, Stress, Self-esteem, Self-understanding
