I create a space centered on you, where you feel safe and understood. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and identity-affirming; we're not looking to "fix" anything, but rather to develop self-understanding, clarity, and alignment with your needs. I sometimes integrate creative or "geeky" tools like D&D to make everyday life more accessible. For me, all meaningful change begins with feeling safe and understood.

Do I need to be diagnosed and/or fully affirm myself?

No, not at all. You may be questioning, exploring, or simply curious to better understand yourself. A diagnosis is not necessary to begin occupational therapy. In certain contexts, a diagnosis can facilitate access to certain subsidies or government services. However, therapeutic work can absolutely begin without one.

My hobbies outside of work

In my daily life, games in all their forms occupy an important place, including Dungeons & Dragons, narrative universes, anime, and television series. I also enjoy food, coffee, and running!
