Registered Social Worker, EMDR Therapist, Trauma Therapist
About
Neurodiversity-affirming trauma therapist specializing in BIPOC mental health, queer-affirming care, complex trauma, and caregiver burnout. A non-judgmental space to heal from systemic barriers and societal trauma.
How I work
I practice from a neurodiversity-affirming and anti-oppressive framework, providing a radically validating space for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals, and parents of autistic children. Utilizing EMDR, we move beyond standard talk therapy to process systemic racism, transphobia, and severe caregiver burnout. My approach bridges robust trauma recovery with neurodivergent support, helping you dismantle institutional gaslighting and systemic friction to rebuild true psychological safety.
