I guide adolescents, young adults, and parents through emotions, identity, and life changes, offering a trauma‑informed, mindful space where they feel heard and empowered.

How I work

I create a safe, non‑judgmental space where we explore emotions, stress and life changes together. Guided by evidence‑based CBT and mindfulness, and informed by trauma‑sensitive practice, I support adolescents, young adults and parents in building self‑awareness, healthy relationships and confidence. My goal is to empower you to grow and navigate each transition with resilience.
